Short Details :-  The Developer Software Engineering (DSE) Group is looking for a Software Engineer, college graduate to join Analyzer Engineering team in the development of software tools for research, develop, and optimize industry leading performance data of hardware collectors using Intel VTune Profiler, Advisor, Inspector, SoCWatch Power Analysis, Trace Analyzer and Collector software tools from the latest Intel CPU, GPU, and Platform Controller Hub (PCH) silicon. Leads the creation, implementation, and optimization of software tools in support of various domains including design, manufacturing, development silicon production, systems integration, software application products, or ecosystem enabling.

Required Key Skills  Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, domain knowledge, and secure coding practices to design, develop, debug, and/or validate algorithms, software tools, and systems that enable our internal/external engineering partners to design/manufacture intel silicon, integrate Intel silicon and/or software into impactful products. Examples of tools/systems include debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, PDKs, performance monitors, software tools and libraries, flows, and/or methodologies for design, manufacturing, development and test.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with Software focus area or related technical discipline and 6+ months of work experience. Relevant coursework/ experience in computer architecture, software engineering, and operating systems. Sufficient competence in C/C++ and embedded programming/debugging to start immediately as a developer Experience with software development on both Windows and Linux platforms, particularly in kernels and device drivers *Familiarity with Python, bash/shell, or other scripting languages *Excellent problem-solving/triage/debugging skills * Knowledge of Intel power and performance measurement architecture * Familiarity with an industry-standard build/test system (Jenkins, Team City, Selenium *FreeBSD, ESXi or Hyper-V experience
